This CIU has been updated to clarify the obligations for employers with respect to retroactive payments, particularly those employees still employed but in a different role. Following a mediation with Arbitrator Elaine Doyle, HEABC has reached agreement with the Facilities Bargaining Association (“FBA”) with respect to the security benchmarks. The parties have agreed to create two new benchmarks: Protection Services Officer (“PSO”) (#10915) and Protection Services Supervisor (“PSS”) (#10916), as well as update the existing Building Security Officer (“BSO”) (#11004) benchmark (currently vacant).
